Return Policy

How To Apply For A Return?
Products ordered on the official FitFlop Taiwan website (www.fitflop.tw) can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package with the receipt.
1. Please log in to the official member website > "Member Center" > "Orders" > Find the order and click "View"
2. Move the page to the bottom and click "Apply for Return". Please note: You can only apply for return if the order delivery status is "Arrived" or "Picked Up" and within the return application period.
3. Check the items in the order that you want to return and fill in the return quantity, reason for return, method of return and refund information. After completion, click "Submit Return Application":
*Note: In this screen, the main product, add-on items, and gifts must be checked separately.
4. You need to fill in the return reason options:
Product not as expected
The product was damaged during shipping
Product size does not match specifications
Wrong product sent
Other reasons (customers can enter the reason for return themselves)
(1) We only accept returns of shoes that have not been worn out. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.
(2) Returned/exchanged products should include accessories/gifts attached to the product and please return the product to its original condition when you received it.
(3) Please do not stick tape or write text directly on the outside of the shoe box of the product. If the product is recycled in this case, shoe material cleaning fees will be charged.
(4) Please wrap another layer of packaging/paper bag outside the shoe box and seal the package to facilitate delivery by the receiving personnel.
(5) If the returned/exchanged goods are placed in the building management room for collection, please note "FitFlop return/exchange" on the outside of the package to facilitate correct delivery by the administrator.
※If there is any stain mentioned above, cleaning fees will be charged.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Return?
Method 1: On the order information page, move the page to the bottom and click "Check Return Status" to check the return status.
Method 2: Go to Member Center > Overview Order Page > Find the order and click "Return Progress" to check.
※You can check return status, refund status, inspection status, refund record and other information in Member Center>Order Information.

How To Exchange Goods?
Please send a message within the order and leave the size or color you want to change.
After receiving your message, we will notify Black Cat Delivery Service to collect the goods from you the next day. After the original ordered goods are confirmed to be recovered, we will arrange to send the replacement goods.

How To Get A Refund?
Credit card refund: The original order payment method is credit card. After applying for return and recycling, and the inspection of the accepted goods is completed, an online credit card refund will be arranged from 7 to 14 days. After the refund is completed, an email notification will be sent , the actual refund time is based on the checkout date of the original credit card issuing company.


Product Problem?
1. If the product itself is damaged by material, structure or non-human factors, the product can be replaced within three months.
2. If our company's products appear cracked or have serious defects in the uppers within 1 month from the date of purchase, please provide photos of the products and the relevant units will assist in processing the return after confirmation.
3. In general, damage or scratches caused by consumption of shoe materials due to normal wearing or improper use by consumers will be subject to repair costs after confirmation and assessment by the company.
